The Insurance Subrogation Practice includes recovery of insured and uninsured, auto and property claims, in all amounts. To support these two main endeavors, JB has the talent to represent creditors in Bankruptcy matters, Eviction matters, Foreclosure of real estate, Replevin of personal property, Litigation of contract disputes, and Defense against Consumer lawsuits.
