MentorString is a subscription-based SaaS application that incorporates the latest social and mobile features for organizations. It helps with employee development, onboarding, training, retention and engagement. MentorString allows coaching and mentoring to become a virtual process, so anyone, anywhere can participate at any time. It also automates what used to be a time-consuming and tedious process for program administrators and eliminates most of the barriers in setting up these initiatives. The customer is typically a human resource executive/buyer from small to mid-sized companies or government agencies with 100-5,000 employees. Recently State Education Departments have received significant funding to find mentoring solutions for new teachers, especially in rural and remote locations where face-to-face programs, like STEM initiatives, are not available. We have a configured version of MentorString for education and already have customers.
