Speechouse was founded to provide applications and projects using advanced speech technologies such as speech recognition, speech analysis, speech signatures, text-to-speech conversion, virtual assistants, and natural language perception routing. In 2009, the first Call Center Hotel (CCH) concept in Turkey was founded by Procat. CCH provides the outsourcing of call centre company locations, facilities for periodic projects and proof of concept facilities for clients that want to identify their needs before investing in call centres. Focused on a hotel concept, CCH enables the healthy and efficient growth, flexibility and redundancy of a call centre equipped with the latest technologies. In 2014, Procat started to offer BPO services with the motto "Happy employees, successful projects and satisfied clients..." Today Procat serves in the fields of collection, sales, customer service and Telecom, Aviation, E-Commerce, Banking, Automotive, Insurance and Gambling.
