Headlight International is an executive search company combining the professional methodology of the large international firms, with the dynamics of the small boutique. Headlight International was founded in 2000 as a new alternative on the Scandinavian executive search market. We work closely with local and international companies of all sizes and in all industry sectors through our offices across Europe. Headlight International exclusively focus on executive search. The executive search methodology means that we, after identifying potential candidates, approach the most qualified individuals for a specific position. Through Headlight Internationals structured and qualitative process we find the most competent and suitable candidate according to our clients' requests. (We do not work with other HR-related services such as outplacement or advertised selection.)
