1 4 All Group is a group of companies that help entrepreneurs and investors from any country and position achieve their goals. We are a group of family offices from Europe, MENA, and Asia who came together for a joint equity-focused investment strategy (both listed and non-listed). Within non-listed space our focus is on startups and early-stage ventures. The essence of our approach is 2-fold: A) We are active investors, i.e. we like to be involved in companies where our role can go further than just the provision of funding; and B) We are social entrepreneurs, who focus on 'Neglected' market segments. With respect to 'Neglect' we have defined 5 key segments: 1) Emerging and Frontier Markets; 2) Minority- and Female-Led Enterprises; 3) Faith-based Investments; 4) Longevity and Aging 5) Size. Regarding Size, we believe that investors tend to increase their lower thresholds as far as investment size is concerned whenever a sector gets 'hot'. This means that good, smaller ventures may be left without funding. We don't mind investing in those smaller ventures, because our approach is clearly contrarian. Ticket sizes do normally range from USD 100k to USD 5m. We can do bigger sizes, but will in such cases normally contemplate a co-investment together with one of our partners, who are normally private equity specialists or venture capitalists. We invest globally and are sector-agnostic. As for helping Entrepreneurs, here is what we do: - Education - Mentorship/Guidance - Network access - Investment and scaling opportunities We consider an entrepreneur an individual who has the drive to create their own venture and the ambition to scale it up to IPO and beyond. Our mission is to make the world a smaller place by giving a chance to all.
