Intures BV was established as ‘Het Bouwburo BV' in 1998 has its main office in Velsen-Noord. In 2015 the name changed to the current Intures BV. Currently Intures employs more than 40 specialists. Intures specializes in being a full service engineering company which allows us to aid our customers throughout the whole process from design, procurement to construction-, inspection-, maintenance and asset-management. Our customers vary within different levels of government and private asset/real-estate owners of office buildings, housing, as well as industrial objects and facilities. Our experience varies from structural design, remodeling, calculation, procurement and project management. Furthermore, Intures is able to address to a large network of service providers who can be added to every project only when needed, making managing projects efficient, costs-effective and satisfactory to our customers. Intures is well known for their approach towards inspection management where ageing assets are concerned. Many customers have changed their strategy from automatic end of life policy and renewal towards life time extension. Maintenance strategy however, has always been aimed towards the end of life approach. The challenge herein lies that only guesses can be made whether assets will be able to uphold their function to maintain the installation availability. Intures' unique approach has adapted to this challenge providing our customers with the concept and execution of surveys with life time extension in mind to narrow the chance of failure towards an acceptable situation maintaining the availability of the installation and providing, within boundaries, guarantees of functionality if the recommended steps are being taken. Intures arranges the total approach from plan of approach using 3D techniques, survey and finalizing this trajectory by organizing the actual on-site repairs and modifications within complex industrial environments.
