Before You Apply is a media property for job seekers in the tech world. It's what my team members and I wish existed the last time we looked for work. In short, we create profiles of teams that are hiring. These profiles give outsiders an insider's look at how teams operate, solve problems, and contribute to the larger mission of their organization. They un-gate information that is traditionally held behind employment—and move it to the top of the discovery process for candidates. They're the best way we know to evaluate a job opportunity.
