The Studio Kappa is an agency of training and consulting. Born in 2004 as a network, reflects the experience of professionals from different regions of northern Italy, specialized in different disciplines and knowledge, with the intention of integrating skills and competencies in a holistic-systems. The Studio Kappa, which is based in Asti, works in the field of training, consultancy and research with the aim to promote growth, personal, social, cultural and community's development, providing professional support to institutions, services, companies and organization dedicated to improving the effectiveness of their services in a perspective of human development, social, cultural and community. The Studio Kappa consists of a group of professionals and staff of proven competence, which have experienced significant convergence of methods. The internal organization is based on joint projects. Practitioners assume direct responsibility for their implementation, taking care to integrate the various aspects of the business and enhancing skills and cooperation with colleagues. The firm Kappa is a resource for governments, corporations, educational, social, health and cultural wishing to work on improving internal processes, quality of life and quality of service (outcome). In recent years, in particular, Studio Kappa was contacted by citys, provincial and municipal associations, ASL, universities, research centers and research institutions, libraries, training institutions, social cooperation, companies, service centers, voluntary organizations, mostly in Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Liguria and Emilia Romagna.
