Since 2004, Performance Vision has been recognized as a leading vendor in the Application and Network Performance Management (NPM / APM) and visibility markets. Performance Vision provides a range of innovative solutions that helps IT managers obtain a global vision of their infrastructures across the entire application chain. In December 2017, Performance Vision was acquired by Accedian, a global leader in network performance monitoring. The goal is to bring Performance Vision's wide angle view of all applications, transactions and network components together with Accedian's ultra-precise QoS monitoring, for the most complete view of network health available. Going forward, the PerformanceVision® solution will be known as  SkyLIGHT™ PVX, complementing the branding of Accedian's SkyLIGHT VCX active monitoring platform. Accedian has a global base of customers, with over 400,000 installed platforms, and over 1,000,000 monitored locations in many of the largest telecommunications service provider and enterprise networks. Accedian's global presence is complemented by strong sales, support and innovative product development teams that span four continents.
