Bridge Builders Community Partnership Inc.

Founded in 2003, Bridge Builders Community Partnership (BBCP) is a community-based organization with the mission of partnering community residents, social service providers, and stakeholders in the surrounding neighborhood in order to establish an effective nexus of resources dedicated to improving the well-being of families in the Highbridge-Concourse community of the Bronx, NY. BBCP was established out of a need for support and primary preventative work to families in the Highbridge-Concourse community, and continuously makes strides towards improving the dynamic of families in order to foster a healthy and nurturing environment for all. As a community partnership we work towards building a foundation not only of resources but a network of people with the common agenda of strengthening the community.
