The capital of the company is BGN 15 004 165. Pension Assurance Company (PAC) Doverie holds pension license No. 01/21.09.2000 for supplementary pension assurance and manages five pension funds, which are separate legal entities: General Pension Fund Doverie (GPF) On 13.02.2001, Sofia City Court, registered General Pension Fund Doverie by Decision No. 1, Company Case 610. The Financial Supervision Commission granted permission to Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD to manage the GPF Doverie by Decision No.337 of 25.08.2003. National Revenue Agency identification code of GPF Doverie: 012. Fund for Life-long Pension Payments Doverie (FLPP) The Fund was established by a decision of the Management Board of Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD, dated 20.09.2021 and was entered in the Register of the Financial Supervision Commission under article 30, paragraph 1, item 13 of the Law on Financial Supervision Commission by Decision No. 712 - FIPP / 28.09.2021. The Fund is registered in the BULSTAT Register under unique identification code 177525862.
