I started my own agency with a simple goal: Make digital marketing fun and rewarding for healthcare clients, and provide an alternative to a common pain point inherent in big agencies: group think, bureaucracy/process inefficiency, and budget busting staffing fees. My story is that I did healthcare advertising at big agencies for many years and became frustrated by how complicated and costly they make it for their clients to execute good digital strategy. Bureaucracy, slowness, etc. It just makes the whole thing not fun... But it's meant to be FUN. That's how you know that a campaign will succeed.
