Founded in 2005, ICSI (International Chamber for Service Industry) was formed to represent the interests of a network of Service Industry stakeholders, to innovate different solutions in order to foster a dynamic service and business environment. ICSI is a platform to bring together all the segments of the Service Industry, so as to enable collaboration in the pursuit of establishing a robust forum. The forum facilitates exchange of ideas and best practices in the Service Industry. It brings together Policy makers, Industry experts, Entrepreneurs and Individuals to deliberate on issues and aspects pertaining to the Service Industry.
