Community Support Network

Community Support Network (CSN) is a non-profit agency which was incorporated in 1982 as an outgrowth of Karibu House, founded by Sonoma State University students in 1972. CSN provides a wide range of psychosocial rehabilitative services to homeless adults with behavioral health challenges by working with families, community agencies, support groups, health care resources and service providers. Our philosophy is to provide cost-effective quality services that are: *Client-centered *Flexible and responsive to client's needs *Provided in safe, comfortable, non-institutional settings *Strength-based model of care *Respectful of client individuality CSN Mission Statement : Community Support Network helps individuals with behavioral health challenges realize their potential by providing hope, wellness, and high-quality supportive housing.
