More than 25 years later and employing over 1750 people, it is now one of Ireland's largest indigenous support service organisations, providing a range of services including catering, vending and cleaning. "The company has grown organically over time by working in partnership with our clients." comments Trevor. "It was a natural progression for us to extend our services in line with their changing needs- passing on the cost saving and productivity benefits of working with one single supply partner. For example, 85% of our fresh produce is sourced from growers and producers in Northern Ireland so, when we say we use local produce, you know exactly what that means!
