Braun Enterprises was founded in 1979 as a small brokerage and investment company specializing in multi-tenant industrial projects. Currently, Braun Enterprises' portfolio consists of over 2,000,000 square feet of office warehouse, retail, and office space that serve hundreds of national, regional and local tenants. Additionally, Braun Enterprises has procured multiple land tracts for industrial and retail development to take place in the future. Whether it be industrial, retail, or office, the acquisition focus of Braun Enterprises has been multi-tenant projects with little exposure to one tenant.
