I am offering a concierge-level of service, emphasizing quality by performing regular property visits, quarterly safety inspections, simple regular maintenance, and providing an Annual Condition Inspection Report. Greg keeps your property in good repair; with his construction background, he understands the process of hiring and managing teams of the right tradespeople to perform work as required and does so on behalf of the property owners under their direction. When it comes to placing tenants, Greg works with owners to ensure that prospective tenants will be a good and proper fit for the properties they hope to call home. Prospective tenants undergo a rigorous screening process; complete background checks on each tenant, including, but not limited to, ID Verification, Income, Credit, Employment, Criminal, Civil, Social, and other Personal and Professional background investigations. In addition, they are providing a detailed multi-page report on each qualified applicant so the owner can make an informed choice of their next great tenant.
