Nelson-Ricks Creamery began over 107 years ago. It was first established in 1907, with a focus on milk and butter. Since its beginning it has grown into the cheese company that it is today. The Rexburg plant was sold to a successful entrepreneur in the cheese industry who continues on the legacy of premium quality handmade cheese. He has brought new life into the factory and created a specialty cheese line unlike any other. With great milk, comes great opportunity. Nelson Ricks Creamery specializes in Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Domestic Gouda, Mozzarella, and Parmesan all of which are artfully hand crafted with unique and inventive flavors.
