CMI Offshore Group (CMI) is a private company providing marine services and logistics to the offshore oil and maritime sectors on a world-wide basis with a specific focus on niche markets. The CMI Group commenced operations in 2006 and acquired its first vessels in 2007 since when it has continued to expand progressively each year. The company operates to the highest QHSE standards in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 with only one minor LTI since commencement of operations, and a singular focus on safety and quality. The company has operational offices in Aktau, Ashgabat, Hazar, Turkmenbashi and Astrakhan with a Head Office in Athens and regional offices in Singapore, Baku and Caracas. The achievement of our objectives will entail providing long-term growth and profitable trading for our shareholders whilst expanding and continually upgrading the knowledge base of our organisation and employees, and the asset base of our company. These objectives can only be attained by providing added-value and first-class service to our customers.
