Syntigo

June 2015 Syntigo reached an agreement with Eurofiber on the acquisition of B-Telecom, including all Syntigo's fiber-optic activities. All employees of B-Telecom were transferred to Eurofiber Belgium. The acquisition enabled Eurofiber to expand its existing fiber-optic network capacity in Belgium by 7,500 km, giving the company a nationwide network in Belgium to match its national coverage in the Netherlands. Customers and partners benefit from this increased network coverage, and continue to be able to use Eurofiber's open access network which allows them the freedom to choose their own IT and telecom service providers.
