Retail Bunkers GCC Supply & Trading (GCC S&T), a division of Gulf Coast Commodities, is a physical supplier of marine fuel in the Houston area, and is primarily focused on the supply of low sulfur fuel oil (RMG 0.5% sulfur and DMA 0.10% sulfur) as a solution to IMO 2020 and ECA compliance requirements. In addition, GCC S&T will supply all other standard specification marine fuel oil and gasoil to ship owners and operators calling on the Houston area. GCC S&T has fully segregated, time-chartered barges for physical supply of bunker fuel, and has storage at Texas International Terminals in Galveston, Texas, strategically located to serve all Houston and Galveston bunker deliveries. Processing GCC S&T will be processing crude oil through the Texas International Terminals processing facility in Galveston, Texas to produce low sulfur fuel oil along with marine gasoil, distillate hydrotreater feedstock, and full-range naphtha. The 50,000 barrel per day distillation unit will have flexibility in crude oil feedstock and optionality in the products it produces. GCC S&T will source the crude oil from locations domestically and abroad and off-take various products to place in the wholesale and retail bunker markets. By tolling through Texas International Terminals world class deep water facility, GCC S&T will have ample tank capacity, numerous modes of transport and marine berths to accommodate efficient operation day in and day out.
