Delta Dental of Oklahoma (DDOK) is the state's leading dental benefits provider. We serve more than one million Oklahomans and partner with more than 9,450 Oklahoma-headquartered companies to provide dental benefits programs to their employees. We advance the oral wellness of our workplace and individual/family plan enrollees with the state's largest network of dentists and a steadfast commitment to superior customer service. DDOK established its Foundation (DDOKF) 23 years ago to advance our company's not-for-profit mission. Our Foundation is funded entirely by proceeds from DDOK. Since its inception, DDOKF has distributed nearly $30 million to produce and support programs across the state that aim to provide oral health education and dental care to those in need.
