COMPANY PROFILE: Pak Oman Investment Company Limited is a specialized financial institution formed as a joint venture between the governments of Pakistan and the Sultanate of Oman. There is equal participation by each sovereign sponsor of Rs. 3.075 billion making together a total equity of Rs. 6.15 billion. A professional and independent Board is formed having equal representation of both sponsors.
