Established in 2005, after more than 15 years working as Architectural and Planning Design Consulting, ARDOR has participated in more than 150 projects, and has achieved many achievements in International design competition and Architecture awards including Ashui Top 10 Architects (2017) and the BCI Asia Awards Top 10 Architects in Vietnam (2009, 2015 and 2021). We are proud to be people who share the same mindset, enthusiasm for our profession and aspire to not only bring high economic efficiency to investors but also show human values and aesthetics for the community and society. ARDOR's strength is the combination of international design quality, with the understanding of local construction conditions and green, environmentally sustainable building standards. Impressive and economical design solutions have brought ARDOR many opportunities to cooperate with major international design consultants such as Surbana, DP Architects (Singapore), DE-SO Associates (France), Dickson Rothschild, GroupGSA (Australia), MOAS (Spain), tvsdesign (USA),… and most recently joined A + Design Group, led by Aidea (Philippines) according to global quality standards. ARDOR offers design services for apartment buildings, high-rise offices, commercial complexes, luxury hotels, retail and residential projects from Concept Design to Design Construction Design, and Project Management. Some typical buildings include City planning exhibition center (Thu Thiem), Waterpoint riverside township 365ha (Long An), The Park Avenue Residence (District 11) and renowned clients include Novaland, Nam Long, Viva Land, Dai Quang Minh, Khang Dien, Capitaland, Phat Dat. ARDOR holds certificates of competency in Design, verification with Class I, Construction supervision with Class II and Planning with Class III.
