The company was founded on 04/04/2013 in Belgrade, with a plan to introduce a specific business concept that involves long-term cooperation with small and medium enterprises to the Serbian market. This concept implies continuous support to growth and development of our partners through the logical sequence of consulting services: 1. Mentoring support or full services from many different areas of business consulting, with the goal of successful organization or reorganization of business< 2. Business plan development or redevelopment for internal purposes, search for partners and support in obtaining the missing funds from the most appropriate sources of funding; 3. Advice and assistance during selection and implementation of marketing activities with the goal of successful positioning in the market; 4. Analytical optimization of business processes for maximal costs reduction and profit increase.
