Advocacy Focus has been providing independent Advocacy services throughout the North West since 1998. Our work in health and social care statutory and non-statutory advocacy includes: • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy ( IMCA), • Care Act Advocacy • NHS & Social Care Complaint Advocacy Spot purchasing arrangements are available for all of the above and in addition for: • Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) • Paid Relevant Persons Representative (RPR) • Litigation Friend • 3A Representative
