We also maintain a large list of PRN staff ensuring consistent coverage to meet resident needs. EncompassCare offers specialty programming that compliments programs designed specifically to meet the needs of each patient. These specialty programs are designed to reduce re-hospitalizations, manage chronic conditions, and prevent additional complications such as wounds. Additionally, -We have a Social Work branch of our company that allows us to take a deeper dive into the residents we serve and ensure every individuals needs are met. -All of our therapists are Dementia Care Certified allowing us to capitalize on missed opportunities with these residents who need our care as much as anyone.
