Our finishing capabilities include Nitinol shape-setting, micro-blasting, tumbling, electropolishing, and passivation. Our Precision Cutting & Welding group provides one stop shopping for all of your custom laser cutting, laser drilling and laser welding needs. We process simple to complex part designs in most metals, plastics & ceramic based materials. We also specialize in customization of pre-fabricated components for Medical, Aerospace and Industrial applications. Our Ceramic group focuses on manufacturing substrates for various microelectronic applications. Materials include 96% alumina, 99% alumina, aluminum nitride, as well as specialty materials. Our Assembly group emphasizes the Aerospace market with focus on flat ribbon Assy's utilizing Teflon coated ribbon cable components.
