Residential Lettings and Management We are involved in the management of over 2,500 residential properties. Each year we will be involved in the letting of over 500 properties. Residential and Agricultural Sales In any 12 month period, Balfours will be involved with sales and purchases of property with a value in excess of £200m. Valuation and Insurance Every year we carry out valuations totalling over £350m for all types and sizes of property, for a wide variety of purposes. Equestrian Providing equestrian property related advice for commercial and leisure purposes. Commercial Balfours manage a range of commercial properties. We also undertake valuations on all types of commercial property and do so for major lending institutions.
