Quinn London Ltd was founded at the turn of the millennium by our Managing Director, Seamus Quinn, with the aim to deliver Quality. Construction. Solutions. across London and the south of England. Built upon this ethos, Quinn London has excelled through the years and today is a leading main contractor within the social housing, education, public buildings and healthcare sectors. Our continued performance has seen us naturally evolve into servicing commercial, leisure, retail, heritage and high-end residential projects and we continue to identify and diversify our activities to align with emerging markets. We have carefully expanded our operations, ensuring that we have not over-leveraged our resources. This has allowed us to organically build up skill and equity in our business and be more competitive in the current market conditions. As a result, we offer our clients certainty and reliability when dealing with us - a reputation which is invaluable. Today, we deliver a workload approaching £60m per annum and passionately believe that Quinn London is a success story founded on the principals of a quality, customer first construction service. Quinn London is formed of 4 divisions: Heritage - Our award winning Heritage Division has been delivering quality conservation projects across London and the South East of England since 2015. Property Services - Our Property Services Division has extensive experience in delivering refurbishment projects, both planned and cyclical. Central London - Our Central London Division focuses on delivering projects of up to £10m within Central London. This team has developed an excellent relationship with a number of key clients to successfully deliver repeat business. Major Works - The Major Works Division is responsible for delivering projects across London, with a particular focus on New Build & Design & Build contracts.
