Someva also provide asset and development advisory to developers and investors of wind and solar farms with the aim of advancing projects into construction and operation to deliver forecast returns for investors. Someva relies on over 1GW of experience in financing and development of renewable energy assets in Australia and few Asia countries acting on behalf of institutional private equity and infrastructure investors. Someva take a bottom up approach to projects and market drivers, analysing the fundamentals expected to support investors returns. This involves a deep dive into the project data room and market prior to a capital raise and recommendations to improve investor certainty and development value prior to a capital raise process. Someva seeks to work on few projects but be deeply involved in the successful implementation of both the development work and capital raise process.
