Here are a few reasons why we're Alberta's Top Employers (2022 & 2023): • As part of Rümi's pandemic response, the organization increased coverage for paramedical services by 300 percent and implemented a paid Well-Being Day to ensure that employees were able to find time for self-care -- additionally, the company organized home gift drops of flowers, chocolates, and plants to help brighten employees' days • Rümi's flexible benefits plan enables employees to allocate excess credits to health and personal spending accounts, a group RRSP, a share purchase program or used to offset pension contributions • Rümi invests in the education of current and future generations, providing tuition subsidies for employees interested in furthering their education and academic scholarships for children of employees (to $1,500 per child per year) We are Rümi, a bright new member of the ATCO family.
