Reclaim Movement

Natural movement coaching - online or 1 to 1 or small groups in person. I aim to inspire people to spot opportunities to move their bodies more & in different ways throughout their day. I coach healthy natural movement patterns, with the goal of being mobile & strong to be able to enjoy all your life. I see it as training for your 90s! I offer people practical ways to move so they can incorporate the movements into their everyday lives, not just use them during coaching sessions, e.g. squatting to get your washing out, balancing on tree trunks when you're out on a walk, lifting & carrying things well and sitting on the floor to do daily tasks so that you can be comfortable on the floor and have the added bonus of getting down there and back up! Natural movement training brings mobility, stability, strength, balance, confidence and have fun in movement, as well as counteracting the damage of long hours of sitting for work.
