Our vision at Racing Victoria is 'Racing for All'​, we would like to see more people, more often, engaging and enjoying the sport of thoroughbred racing in Victoria. Our purpose is through great racing to provide exceptional value to our customers. To enable this we need the best people managing our sport from a diverse range of backgrounds with a diverse range of skills. We pride ourselves on show classing the best racing, ensuring its integrity and promoting our sport, 363 days a year across 67 tracks. We deliver over $2.1 billion in value for the Victorian economy and had an income of $408 million in revenue for the 16/17 FY - one of the highest for any sporting organisation in Australia.
