Refinery Concepts is now Commonwealth Concepts – From 1 January 2021, the newly formed joint-venture delivers greater dining experiences to you. Previously, Refinery Concepts was the restaurant and lifestyle food arm of Far East Organization, and had over a decade of experience in creating, designing and operating original and unique food and beverage concepts in Singapore. It has a portfolio of 12 brands (majority owned) comprises of restaurants, cafes and bars, including Fat Cow, Bedrock Bar & Grill, Kinki Restaurant + Bar, The Pelican, The Marmalade Pantry, Oriole Coffee + Bar, Dean & DeLuca Singapore, CIN CIN, and Native Kitchen. In addition, Refinery Concepts oversees the operations of three all-day dining options at these hotels – Saltwater at Village Hotel Changi, Straits Café at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, and Katong Kitchen at Village Hotel Katong.
