BODHYPNOSIS

Created in 2012 by Jean Labbé, a Massage Therapist from Quebec, Bodhypnosis is a body hypnosis technique that neutralizes the mind through sensation using compressions-decompressions, vibrations and frictions with a particular rhythm. It is a method that is both sedative, analgesic, almost anaesthetic but also regenerative in terms of psychic and physical energy.
