About LDA Minnesota LDA is a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) agency located in Minneapolis. Today, LDA is the Twin Cities' leading nonprofit educational agency specializing in learning disabilities for people of all ages. LDA's core values are the principles that underlie and provide guidance for all our organizational actions. They are core to whom we are and will not be compromised as we pursue our mission, vision and outcomes.
