Academics West New York is the only K-12 school with a therapeutic accreditation in New York State. Our private special education school in Manhattan supports students with academic and social-emotional struggles. As a college preparatory program, students benefit from a customized educational experience. Our small class structure allows for individualized attention where students' academic goals can be met. Along with our robust academic program, therapy is also an integral component of each student's program. Our available support services provide a safe space for students to work on emotional regulation, pro-social skills, and executive functioning.
