Proark is a privately owned group founded in 1987 by Michael Kaa Andersen. The Group has expertise in asset management, including corporate-, property-, and fund management through the operating company EjendomsInvest. The Group owns a number of properties in Denmark and abroad and has special expertise in retail properties and hotels. ABOUT EJENDOMSINVEST EjendomsInvest has 30 years of experience in property- and corporate administration, as well as property development and financial optimization. We master all aspects of real estate and act - on behalf of our investors - as a manager (fund manager) in both real estate part ownership and a number of funds. We helped to establish the idea in Denmark that when more investors come together - e.g. in a part ownership (K/S companies) - it allows you to co-own larger properties with better locations, more solid tenants and thus greater reliability.
