AVR's selection mainly consists of machines for potato harvesting and storage. The emphasis is on seed bed preparation, cultivating, haulm topping, harvesting of potatoes and crop conveying. However, the machines are also suited for handling and harvesting other root crops. AVR produces machines with an aim on the market. In close cooperation with the users, the machines are developed and suited to the needs and requirements the users expect from the machines. The aim is to participate in the optimization of the operating result. AVR Netherlands is located in Veendam, on the North of the Netherlands, and specializes in engineering and production of the crop handling equipment. The machines are known all over the world under the brand Climax. The activities of Climax will be continued by AVR Netherlands BV.
