BELA EMS offers a complete Electronic Manufacturing Service providing bespoke electronic engineering solutions to a wide range of customers and industry sectors. Established in 1984, BELA EMS has over 30 years' experience, providing industry leading full batch on time delivery performance; to a wide range of sectors, across an extensive range of technologies. BELA EMS‘s speciality is the manufacture of prototype or small to medium size batches; where customer service, on time delivery and product quality are paramount. However our robust and flexible systems mean that larger production batches are well within our capability. Our React+ service offers lead times from as little as 24 hours. Our NPI service includes a partial "proving build" of two or four pieces; with the job then frozen awaiting approval, ensuring that no value is added to PCBs which subsequently require modification. Located in Kempston we enjoy excellent motorway and airport access and have SMT, BGA, Through-Hole, EMC Testing, Wiring Looms and Complete Systems all encompassed within our modern facilities. Continuous improvement has in recent years seen BELA EMS invest in cutting edge equipment; especially at the front end, to ensure we are able to manufacture all the latest SMT technologies; as well as setting off down the road to the coveted AS9100 accreditation.
