Living Well Transitions

Living Well Transitions is an innovative therapeutic approach to traditional young adult treatment programs. We provide individualized and assertive community treatment, in an independent, real-world living environment, in the heart of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Our independent living program is a unique behavioral and transitional treatment program designed specifically for young adults and their life stage needs. We assist our young adult clients in reducing the harm from unproductive or high-risk behaviors by helping them create a balance between opportunity and responsibility through therapy, counseling, community networking, (social and life skills education), educational and vocational support, and additional resources as needed.
