Lambent Services is a boutique staffing agency that provides Personal and Executive Assistants to a high caliber audience. We take a very customized approach that matches clients and assistants based on skills and personality characteristics, and excel at finding assistants who are unusually intelligent, collaborative, nuanced, and polished. For placements, we recruit for each position discretely and find exactly what the client wants within short timeframes. We work very hard at the front end so that the client does not waste time interviewing unsuitable candidates. Our core mission is to encourage more widespread use of assistants. We maintain dedicated assistant pools in New York City and Los Angeles that are available for ongoing work with individuals who need fractional help, from 4-30 hours / week.
