In early 2010, Info Technologies merged with Diversant, Inc. to form DIVERSANT, LLC, now the largest African American-owned IT staffing solutions firm in the United Sates. The merge was part of a natural progression for both companies, which have been operating in close cooperation since 2005 when DIVERSANT Inc. was first founded. Info Technologies' history goes back further, to 1994 when it was formed to serve the burgeoning market for IT staffing solutions.
