American Soccer Stars

American Soccer Stars aims to generate exposure to the game of soccer, improve skills, and foster a tremendous soccer environment for boys and girls ages 8 to 16 of all skill levels. We do this through clinics with specialized instruction and demonstrations from professional soccer players from America's top professional leagues. Additionally, we are partnering with Play For Hope (www.playforhope.org) to donate a portion of the proceeds to their charitable cause of fostering a child-sponsoring program to give rehabilitated street children the opportunity to go to school or receive vocational training in Rwanda. This unique experience gives our campers a tremendous opportunity to interact and to learn from America's top players and to give an opportunity to kids in need a world away! The clinics will run for two days---for three hours each day. During the time, the students will be instructed to enhance their skill and technique. Additionally, students will learn about the mental approach and proper nutrition to excel at the game. Learning directly from the professional players, students will not only learn the theoretical (by the book) approach to the game, but the practical application to what they are learning. By providing young players with this opportunity to learn from the best, they will further their development and see the game from a new dynamic. Thus, benefiting the entire soccer community.
