Our company is managed by highly experienced appraisers who are in our headquarters office to assist you in a personal and timely manner. We offer a network of expert appraisers across the US. Our appraisers are ethical, experienced and certified. They are required to have (or to develop) an intimate knowledge of the local valuations in the markets in which they operate. (NOTE: when performing a FNMA and FHLMC appraisal, we require our appraisers to have pre-existing geographic competency.) We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peoples Bank of Newton, NC. For the last 110 years, Peoples Bank has been a bedrock of stability and profitability in the North Carolina communities the bank serves.
