We were named Native American Program Business of the Year for 2001 by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Red Plains has offices in Oklahoma, Washington, Utah & California, with additional operating locations in Oregon, & New Mexico. We have concentrated our efforts on developing long term working relationships with our clients while providing 100% customized project deliverables.
