Establishing operations in Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong—no problem. Korea and Russia—a little more difficult. India—get ready for a ton of paperwork. Entering China as a foreign-owned company—be prepared. Brazil—exasperatingly complex. Each new market requires a unique approach, relationship building, and embracing the cultural and organizational differences that impact the way people conduct business around the globe. International regulations and taxes for internet-based businesses are complex and constantly changing. Partnered with SF-Express for micro (single product) import using China's new ecommerce clearance for cross-border transactions.
