Formed in 1990, Brook Street Foodservice has grown to become one of the best-respected suppliers of frozen, chilled and dry foods to the East Anglian catering trade. Since that time, a steadily increasing customer base and the acquisition of a number of smaller companies, has meant Brook Street has outgrown its initial premises, moving to a new, purpose built, facility in Needham Market, Suffolk. These new premises are the administrative heart of the business with modern refrigeration and storage facilities that ensure every line can be delivered on time and in peak condition. Working with butchers, schools, hospitals, hotels and restaurants, cafés, and contract caterers Brook Street Foods' range now includes chilled, frozen and dry goods of every kind.
