Cheshire Seals & Components specialises in the design and manufacture of high integrity seals, complex machined components, and 3D printed components. With CNC turning and multi-axis milling capability, we can manufacture a huge range of components, in quantities from genuine one-offs to large production runs. With our extensive in-house seal design and manufacturing capability we also reverse engineer, replicate, and design bespoke seals for every application. We distinguish ourselves by having the direct experience and expertise of manufacturing components from an extraordinary range of metallic and non-metallic materials - from PTFE to Inconel superalloys, we've dealt with it all. With our combined manufacturing capabilities, we can offer a genuinely unique combination of services to our customers. We support a wide range of industries, with customers spanning many sectors; and have built our reputation on providing a quick service and accurate results – allowing our customers to continue to innovate whilst minimising costly downtime.
